Once anesthetic records are archived, key elements of the record are united with demographic and insurance information to create a completed electronic bill. The central server application can be used to securely send individual or batches of electronic face sheets with or without the anesthetic record to the billing agency.
Billing agencies can also request data in a specified format for easier or automated entry into their own billing software. This can significantly reduce the labor required from the Department of Anesthesia and the billing agency.
Recordation System is also able to calculate Medical Direction Concurrency in real time as users sign into and out of anesthetic procedures, to advise against supervision of more than that accepted by insurance companies.
