FLEXIBILITY BUILT IN.
Recordation software is built for the Microsoft® Windows® Professional operating system, using off-the-shelf, cost-effective PC hardware. We are able to perform on-site or remote installations on a variety of form factors, depending on the preferences of the users and institution (see below).
TABLETs
Tablets are typically smaller, which promotes portability and flexibility. As such, a tablet can be used intraoperatively or can be taken to the patient’s bedside for preoperative assessments or used for special procedures where they are performed.
LAPTOPS
Laptops are flexible and allow the easiest installation, because laptops can be placed and moved conveniently in the anesthesia environment. This form factor can represent better ergonomics in cramped spaces, and can be taken to other locations such as bedside.
workstations
Workstations include a touch-screen monitor and computer mounted typically on a movable swing-arm. While this installation offers flexibility, it typically requires the most input from the users, and is more expensive, as dedicated mounting hardware is required.
